Jayesh R. is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in service management and cloud migration solutions, particularly using the ServiceNow platform. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Services at Konversational since April 2020, Jayesh has previously held various roles at Accenture, where responsibilities included architecting and deploying agile ServiceNow solutions. Prior to that, Jayesh worked as a Technical Consultant at Focus Group Europe and held several positions in technology during academic years at King's College London, including Vice President of Technology for the King's Investment Banking Society. Jayesh holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from King's College London and has gained experience through internships at Google, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs.
