Boyd Chitwood

Boyd Chitwood is the Editor & Content Creator at Konzortia Capital. Boyd was previously the superintendent at Mingo Valley Christian from July 2014 to April 2022. During their time as superintendent, they led the school in establishing an independent identity, forming a tighter school community, connecting more completely with the broader metropolitan community, and growing the school in excellence of program and strength of organizational vision. Boyd also oversaw the financial development of the school, which allowed for the purchase and development of the school's first campus. Under their leadership, student retention rose from 83% to multiple years at 97%.

From July 2013 to July 2014, Chitwood served as Interim Upper School Principal at Christian Heritage School. Prior to that, they were a Partner Consultant at Innovare Education Partners.

Chitwood began their career in education as President of Little Rock Christian Academy from July 1995 to June 2006. Boyd then served as Associate Administrator at Walnut Valley Christian Academy from January 1993 to July 1995.

Boyd Chitwood graduated from Rhodes College with a B.S. in Physics. Boyd then earned their M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision as well as an Ed.D. in HIED-Faculty Development from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Boyd also has a Master of Divinity - MDiv from Vanderbilt University in Ethics. Boyd Chitwood is certified by the Association of Christian Schools International in ACSI All-Levels Principal Lifetime Professional Certification and ACSI Bible Specialist Lifetime Professional Certification.
