Aukje Tops currently serves as Commercial Manager at Chane since January 2023, focusing on implementing sales strategies and building relationships with key clients. Prior roles include Sales Manager at Chane, where efforts centered on developing customer experiences and maintaining a strong network. Aukje also managed commercial logistics for VARO Energy, optimizing margins and securing distribution contracts in the Benelux region. Earlier experience includes account management at Argos Energies, working with oil majors, and project management in biofuels at North Sea Group. Aukje's career began as a supply manager and account manager at Van der Sluijs Groep. Aukje holds a Doctorate in German Studies from Radboud University and completed a course in Foundations of Management at Nyenrode Business University.
