William Cowland

William Cowland has over a decade of work experience in various roles within the financial and technology industries. William is currently the Commercial Director at Kooltra since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Pre-Sales & Account Management at Kooltra from June 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Kooltra, William worked at Caplin Systems as the Head of Presales & Account Management from January 2021 to May 2021. William also held positions as the Lead Technical Presales Consultant from January 2020 to December 2020 and as a Technical Presales Consultant from January 2019 to December 2019 at Caplin Systems.

Additionally, William has experience at FlexTrade as an Account Manager from July 2018 to October 2018. William was responsible for managing mid-tier buy-side financial institutions and overseeing client projects.

William's earlier experience includes roles at FENICS Software Ltd. William worked as a Senior Account Manager & Business Analyst from August 2016 to July 2018, building and maintaining professional relationships with clients across EMEA. Prior to this, they served as an Account Manager from February 2015 to August 2016, acting as the main point of contact for clients and supporting their use of trading functionality. William also worked as a Foreign Exchange Support Executive from March 2014 to February 2015, providing FENICS support to the global customer base.

William'swork experience began at Content Guru Ltd in August 2013 as an Engineering Services Engineer, where they resolved client issues and ensured compliance with security regulations.

Throughout their career, William Cowland has demonstrated expertise in account management, pre-sales, technical consulting, and client relationship management.

William Cowland attended John Hampden Grammar School from 2003 to 2010, where they completed their high school education. William then enrolled at The University of Warwick from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics (BSc Hons).
