Khanh Pham is a Retailer Customer Success Manager at NielsenIQ, responsible for overseeing end-to-end service for 10 corporate retailers since August 2021. Prior to this role, Khanh served as a Performance Executive at Mindshare, where multi-thousand-dollar digital media campaigns were managed to achieve 100% KPIs, alongside enhancing team productivity through automation tools. Early experience includes an SEO Intern position at Exotic Voyages, focusing on converting organic customer requests and increasing web traffic. Khanh's professional journey also includes co-hosting the Startup Grind Hanoi Chapter, facilitating networking events with industry leaders. Khanh holds an MSc in E-Business from Newcastle University, a BA (Hons) in International Business Management from Northumbria University, and a BTEC HND in Business from National Economics University in Vietnam.
