Martin van Nieuwenhuijzen

Martin van Nieuwenhuijzen has extensive experience in project coordination and preparation within the construction industry, currently serving as Senior Projectcoördinator at Koopmans Bouwgroep B.V. since October 2010. Martin has successfully managed various housing and apartment projects, including the Nieuwbouw appartementen on Gerbrandystraat in Utrecht and the transformation of Ricardo Residences in Amsterdam. Prior positions include Projectcoördinator and Senior Projectvoorbereider, where Martin focused on the project and process preparation for large-scale developments. Previously, Martin held roles at JP van Eesteren and Goudkamp Bouwkundig Ontwerp en Adviesburo, contributing to significant projects such as the renovation of the Ministry of Agriculture and the new Europol headquarters. Martin holds multiple qualifications, including a Post Bachelor in Bouwprocesmanagement and a Bachelor of Engineering in Bouwkunde from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
