Camey Yeager

Camey Yeager serves as the Transition to Practice Coordinator at Kootenai Health, providing mentorship and education to nurse residents since July 2025. Previously, Camey held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Student Services and Employee Health at Northwest Specialty Hospital, where responsibilities included clinical placements, new graduate nursing residency, and employee health policy development. As Nurse Manager of Chronic Care Management at Kootenai CareNetwork, Camey led a team in managing chronic illnesses and implemented innovative care models, including a Covid-19 response initiative. Camey also managed a Covid-19 unit at Kootenai Health, focusing on quality metrics improvement. With a Master's Degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Capella University and extensive nursing experience since 2010, Camey has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
