Dr. Cyndy Donato

Dr. Cyndy Donato, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Executive Vice President of People & Culture at Kootenai Health. With a robust background in human resources, Dr. Donato has held significant positions including Regional Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources, Marketing & Communications at BJC HealthCare, as well as Chief People Officer at Novus International, Inc. and Vice President of Human Resources at Express Scripts and Sara Lee. Dr. Donato holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in International Business from St. Louis University.
