Lindsay Buchanan

Lindsay Buchanan, CHCR, RACR, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Kootenai Health, a comprehensive medical services provider in northern Idaho. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Lindsay previously held roles at Skagit Regional Health as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, overseeing the full recruiting process for six years. Prior experience includes working as an Employer Liaison at Everest College, assisting medical practices with staffing services, and positions in admissions and account management at Charter College and All for KIDZ. Lindsay's early career featured roles in office coordination at Hub International and contact management at US Media Television. Lindsay holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Skagit Valley College and a certificate in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
