Lisa Goodwin

Lisa Goodwin, MBA, CPCS, CPMSM has extensive work experience in the field of medical staff services. From 2019 onwards, they have been actively involved with the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), where they have held various leadership roles. Currently, they are serving as the NAMSS 2024 President and has previously held positions such as NAMSS President Elect and NAMSS Secretary-Treasurer.

Before joining NAMSS, Lisa worked at Kootenai Health starting in 2003. During their tenure, they held multiple roles in the medical staff services department, including Director, Medical Staff Services; Manager, Medical Staff Services; and Credentialing Specialist.

Overall, Lisa Goodwin has demonstrated their expertise and dedication in medical staff services through their professional roles and leadership positions in both NAMSS and Kootenai Health.

Lisa Goodwin, MBA, CPCS, CPMSM earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College. Additionally, Lisa holds certifications in NAMSS Leadership Certificate Program and NAMSS Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) from the National Association Medical Staff Services, obtained in 2016 and 2017 respectively.
