Currently serving as the Manager of IT Systems Services at Koozie Group, Erik oversees Service Desk operations across multiple manufacturing locations and manages both onsite and offshore technical support teams. Previous experience includes serving as the IT Support Desk Manager at Virtusa, where Erik implemented ITIL standards and enhanced service delivery processes. Additionally, Erik spent 15 years at Bloominbrands, Inc. as the IT Quality Performance Lead, focusing on team development and performance management. Erik began the IT career as an IT technician at Outback Steakhouse and holds a degree from DeVry University.
