Theodore Peffer

Theodore Peffer has over 25 years of work experience in various technology roles. Theodore currently serves as the Director of Infrastructure and Security at Koozie Group, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BIC Graphic North America for 15 years, where they held positions such as Infrastructure Services Manager and Infrastructure Operations Supervisor. Theodore also worked as a Systems Administrator/Engineer at BIC Graphic North America. Before joining BIC Graphic, Theodore was the IT Manager at Scarritt Lincoln Mercury and a Senior Network Technician at Friendly Computer Services. Their career began in the US Army, where they served as a Network Administrator for four years.

Theodore Peffer completed their education at various institutions. Theodore obtained a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Florida State University between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Technology Management from St. Petersburg College from 2002 to 2006. In 2005, they also completed an Associate in Arts degree from St. Petersburg College. Additionally, Theodore obtained an Associate in Science in Windows Programming from St. Petersburg College in 2004. Theodore also holds several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet in 2020, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows 2000 Server (MCSE) in 2001, CompTIA A+ in 2001, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows NT 4.0 in 2000, and Microsoft Certified Professional in 1999.
