Ben Lyon is a seasoned venture partner and entrepreneur with extensive experience in supporting innovative startups and community initiatives. Currently, Ben serves as a Venture Partner at Purpose Built, collaborating with future founders to launch new companies, and as Brickyard Captain for +More Perfect Union, fostering community connections through service and leadership. With a history of backing emerging fintech ventures at DFS Lab and co-founding Kopo Kopo Inc, Ben has significantly impacted digital commerce in Africa. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Directors for Kopo Kopo Inc. and Hover Developer Services, as well as volunteering for Veterans for All Voters. Ben holds a BA in Economics & International Studies from Rhodes College.
