JACOB MUTHOKA

Jacob Muthoka has worked in various roles in the past five years. In 2019, they were the Direct Sales Manager and Senior Customer Experience Executive at Kopo Kopo Inc. Theirrole included handling customer issues and troubleshooting with merchants directly. JACOB was also a Customer Care Representative, handling customer queries through inbound calls and emails. From 2016 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Representative at Wananchi Group, delivering sales targets through direct selling. During the same time period, they were also a Regional Accountant-Coastal Region at FOUNTAIN ENTERPRISE PROGRAM-SACCO, overseeing the verification, approval and collection of the coastal region loans. In 2014, they worked as a Bank Clerk at KCB Bank Group, providing customer service and offering investment advice in regards to account opening and maintaining customer's records.

Jacob Muthoka has attended three educational institutions throughout their academic career. From 2010 to 2013, they attended Kabarak University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Commerce-Finance. From 2018 to 2021, they attended Strathmore University and attained a Master's Degree in Strategic Management. Additionally, from 2018 to 2021, they attended KCA University and obtained a CPA in Accounting and Finance.
