Brian Jasenak has worked in several roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Youth Inline Coordinator at Robert Morris University, where they developed 6 youth sports programs over a 3 year period. In 2012, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Fickess Pumps, where they developed AutoCAD drawings for pump parts and systems, performed manual inspections of malfunctioning pumps, designed a small scale model of a double screw pump for design visualization, and strengthened their customer services skills by performing customer visits in the Western PA and Eastern OH area. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Kopp Glass as a Senior Product Development Engineer and Process/Optical Engineer. In 2018, they began working at Intervala, LLC as a New Product Introduction Engineer. In 2020, they returned to Kopp Glass as a Product Engineering Manager and Technology Development Engineer.

Brian Jasenak attended Montour High School from 2006 to 2009. Brian then went on to Robert Morris University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2013. In 2015, they returned to Robert Morris University to obtain a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, which they completed in 2016. Brian also holds certifications from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Ally PLM Solutions, Inc., PolyWorks Software USA, Lambda Research Corporation, KARRASS Negotiating, Pragmatic Marketing, Dale Carnegie, and HubSpot Academy.
