Fabrice Houdart

Fabrice C Houdart is a prominent leader in advancing LGBTQ+ representation and inclusion in corporate governance and international development. Currently, Fabrice is the Co-Founder of Koppa - The LGBTI+ Economic Power Lab, and serves as the Founder and Executive Director of the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors. Additionally, Fabrice holds consulting and advisory roles at the Asian Development Bank, L'Oréal Global Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board, and NACD's Center for Inclusive Governance. With experience as Principal of Fabrice Houdart Consulting and Executive Director of OutPerform LGBT Invest, Fabrice also imparts knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at both Columbia University and Georgetown University. Fabrice holds an MBA in Management and IT from American University and a BA in Economics and Management from Université Paris Dauphine.
