Greg Weese

Greg Weese has extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Director of North American Operations at Koppers Inc. since May 2017, Greg has previously held roles such as Plant Manager and Assistant Director of Operations in the same company, leading a large team and driving cultural change post-acquisition. Prior experience includes positions at Calgon Carbon Corporation, where Greg managed production activities at a critical facility, and at CONSOL Energy as a Project Engineer, alongside significant tenure at Naval Reactors, overseeing a 70-man division. Educated with an M.B.A. from West Virginia University and a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, Greg's qualifications are complemented by an early foundation in nuclear reactor operation training.
