Kyle Polson

Kyle Polson's work experience begins with an engineering internship at Dimensional Innovations in 2016. From there, they joined NexTier Oilfield Solutions in 2017 as a Field Engineer I. Kyle moved up to Field Engineer II and also took on the role of Operations Engineer during their time at NexTier. In 2021, Kyle joined Koppers Inc. as an Operations Engineer. Prior to their engineering roles, they worked at Kansas State University as an Office Assistant, Front Desk Manager, and Community Assistant. Kyle also gained experience as an Aquatics Assistant Manager, Head Guard, and Lifeguard at the City of Leavenworth, Kansas.

Kyle Polson has a solid educational background in engineering and business. Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, which they attended from 2012 to 2017. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to their university education, Kyle obtained their High School Diploma from Jefferson County North High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Kyle has also earned the certification of Intern Engineer from The Kansas State Board of Technical Professions in January 2020.
