Ryan Headlee

Ryan Headlee has extensive experience in quality assurance and plant management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Koppers Inc. since February 2008, after previously holding the roles of Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Administrator. Ryan's responsibilities include overseeing new product development, conducting internal quality audits in compliance with AAR and ISO standards across multiple locations, and representing the company during various customer and audit events. Prior to Koppers Inc., Ryan worked as a Quality Assurance Lab Technician at Carpenter Technology, focusing on microstructural analysis and implementing quality control systems. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Production Management from Tennessee Technological University and a Certificate in Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
