Alexandra Blaga is currently the Learning and People Development Lead at Kopter Group AG, where they oversee training and talent development activities, competency management, and performance management. Previously, Alexandra held various roles at organizations such as Bombardier, Flutter Entertainment Plc, and Alstom, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives. Alexandra's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Communication and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Universitatea „Lucian Blaga” din Sibiu.
