- Founder & CEO at KOR Financial since January 2021. Jonathan is responsible for launching a cloud-native family of global trade repositories and regulatory reporting services, offering a complete Reporting as a Service solution.

- At CME Group, they held several roles:

- Global Head CME Repository Services and CEO, CME European Trade Repository from July 2017 to December 2020. Jonathan led the business to become the second-largest global player in the regulation technology segment, serving over 600 top capital markets firms.

- President, Global Repository Services from December 2012 to July 2017. Jonathan transformed the strategic operations cost center into an $8 million break-even business, achieved 35% average annual revenue growth, and expanded the team from 5 to 50 members.

- Senior Director, Market Data Solutions and Head OTC Data Products from January 2008 to November 2012. Jonathan successfully turned around a portfolio from a $3 million annual operating loss to a $4 million profit. Jonathan also developed a pricing strategy for a $350 million data IP licensing franchise.

- Director of Business Development at Firm58 from January 2007 to January 2008. Jonathan played a key role in various commercial areas, including sales, brand development, pricing, and sales strategy for disruptive cloud-based back-office solutions for capital markets.

- Sales roles at ICE (formerly eSignal > Interactive Data > ICE) from March 2003 to December 2006. Jonathan focused on sales and business development of aggregated global market data feeds and desktop market data analytics software for brokerages, trading firms, and clearing firms.
