Victor Aracaty

Victor Aracaty has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Victor is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of KOR Solutions, where they focus on delivering efficient automated solutions for judicial and extrajudicial agreements. Victor developed a tool that optimizes processes, achieves peace through empathetic conflict management, and enhances personalized experiences. Victor can negotiate numerous cases simultaneously through various communication channels.

Additionally, Victor is a member of Confraria do Empreendedor and AB2L - Associação Brasileira de Lawtechs e Legaltechs. Victor co-founded and served as a board member of Quitei, a company that identified the lack of basic financial education as the main cause of indebtedness and aimed to help the population settle their debts under the best conditions. Victor was also a consultant at FGV Brazil and worked at Melhor Acordo as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to these roles, Victor was an entrepreneur and managing partner at ROXXY, a bar/club, and St. Paul Bar. Victor also served as the Chief of Staff at CPRH - Agência Estadual de Meio Ambiente. Victor Aracaty completed their Master's degree in Business and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the year 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco for the duration of 2011 to 2016. In 2008, they briefly attended Université catholique de l'Ouest, where they completed a program called Cidef. The field of study for Cidef is not specified.
