Senior Product Manager at Kora

Promise Eliminhele has a diverse range of work experience. Promise is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Kora, starting in November 2022. Before that, they held the same position at Settl.me from January 2022 to October 2022.

Prior to their role at Settl.me, Promise worked as a Product Manager at The Bulb Africa from April 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they supervised the planning, development, and implementation of a B2C payment solution called settl.me. Promise also developed the product vision and strategy, defined software requirements, and created the marketing strategy.

In 2021, Promise worked as a Product Management Consultant at Kurliecue from February to April. Promise also served as a Research Assistant at Babcock University Nigeria from April to June 2018.

Earlier in their career, Promise gained valuable experience at Nomba. Promise held multiple roles, including Product Manager for SME Banking & Merchant Services from June 2020 to March 2021, Product Manager for Wallet Services from June 2019 to June 2020, Fraud Investigator from June 2019 to May 2020, and Product Owner for Customer Experience from July 2018 to June 2019. In these roles, they deployed product features, developed product strategies, and implemented fraud prevention measures. Promise also contributed to the design of the onboarding flow for new users and conducted training on customer experience tools.

Before their professional career, Promise founded Proms Foodbarn in 2017.

Promise Eliminhele attended Babcock University in Ilishan-Remo, Nigeria from 2014 to 2018. Promise earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Physiology, General. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Promise obtained several certifications:
