Theresa Aatz

Theresa Aatz is currently the Head of GenAI & Digital Innovation at Körber Digital, where responsibilities include shaping the future of work with generative AI and driving digital transformation. Previously, in the role of Senior Venture Architect, Theresa specialized in ideation, validation, and development of venture ideas, focusing on innovation in the manufacturing industry through AI, including the leadership of internal AI-based process improvement projects. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Manager at Dquadrat Equity Partner GmbH, managing venture transactions, and an Interim Operations Director at GOVECS SHARING GmbH, where the development and optimization of operational processes were key focuses. Theresa has also worked at KPMG Deutschland as a Senior Associate and participated in the trainee program in financial services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsmathematik from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
