Kim W. has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kim started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2002, where they worked as a Product Supply Engineer & Manager for nearly six years. In 2008, Kim joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Global Quality, Warehouse, Supplier & Food Safety Manager, where they worked for nine years. In 2017, they transitioned to Körber Pharma and took on the role of Pharmaceutical Applications Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Project Management at Körber Pharma, Inc. which they started in February 2022.

Kim W. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. They also have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. In terms of certifications, Kim W. obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2018. They obtained a Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in May 2017. Additionally, Kim W. holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified (LSSMBB) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, which they earned in January 2017. Lastly, they obtained a Certified Lean Manager (CLM) certification from Productivity Inc. in August 2009.
