Paulo Cabral

Paulo Cabral has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Paulo is currently the Head of Department Körber Pharma Software Porto at Körber Pharma, where they lead high-performing teams and collaborates with various stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Advisor and Information Technology Senior Architect at the same company. Paulo'sresponsibilities included managing engineering processes, delivering agile software engineering, and designing complex technical solutions using current technologies.

Before joining Körber Pharma, Paulo worked as a Solution Engineer at Uphold Inc., where they found solutions to business problems and provided architecture expertise. Paulo also held the role of Senior Director of Software Engineering at the Med School / Life and Health Sciences Research Institute - Universidade do Minho, where they headed software engineering and made critical engineering decisions.

Earlier in their career, Paulo was an Associate Partner at Icognitus4all, a software development company, and a Senior Software Engineer at an education institution, where they managed teams and designed application platforms. Paulo also worked as a Senior Software Consultant at WeDo Technologies, where they contributed to the development of applications for various national and international companies.
