Joana Vieira

Joana Vieira is a skilled professional in customer service operations with extensive experience in maintenance management and technical assistance. Currently serving as a Customer Service Operations Assistant at Körber Supply Chain since June 2021, Joana supports the organization of both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, oversees subcontracting, manages complaints, and processes inventory related to warranty parts. Prior to this role, Joana managed the technical assistance department at Pack 4 Embalagem, Lda, coordinating maintenance schedules and supplier relations for spare parts.
