Rodrigo Rufca has extensive work experience in marketing and product management. Rodrigo is currently the Head of Marketing LATAM at Körber Supply Chain, where they are responsible for developing marketing strategies for the Latin American market and aligning them with the global marketing team. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing and Product Manager at Grupo Tracker for over 10 years. Rodrigo also served as the Marketing Coordinator at Dentalpar Assistência Odontológica LTDA and as a Senior Marketing Analyst at Avimed Saúde Assistência LTDA, where they were involved in sports marketing actions, market research, offline communication planning, and art direction.
Rodrigo Rufca attended Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication. Rodrigo then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2007 to 2008. In 2015, Rodrigo completed a course in Competitive Intelligence at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Later, they studied Digital Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2020 to 2021.
