Tom Barnes

Tom Barnes has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Tom is currently the Finance Director - Northern Europe at Körber Supply Chain. Prior to this, they held the position of Finance Director of the Centriq Group and Group Finance Director at the same company. Tom also worked as the Head of Finance at Körber Supply Chain. Before joining Körber, they were the Finance Director at HY Hotels. Earlier in their career, Tom served as the Finance Director and Financial Controller at Fleetwood Town Football Club, where they played a key role in managing the financial functions of the club and developing its longer-term strategy. Tom also held the position of Club Accountant at the same club, where they were responsible for providing management accounting information and overseeing various financial tasks. Tom started their career as a Management Accountant at BES Utilities and as an Assistant Project Accountant at IBM.

Tom Barnes completed their education at the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) from 2014 to 2018, earning a degree in ACMA CGMA. Prior to that, they attended the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in MAAT.
