Korcelta is a Western Australian SMP and workforce solutions provider, supporting mining and heavy industrial projects across WA.

We deliver SMP construction, shutdown and fixed plant maintenance support through site-ready, supervised trade crews, combining engineering insight with hands-on site execution to ensure safe, reliable and commercially sound outcomes.

Our capability spans structural, mechanical and piping scopes, including tank construction, piping installation, mechanical works and workshop-based fabrication. We work closely with project and operations teams to reduce resourcing risk, streamline mobilisation and maintain consistent performance in complex site environments.

Korcelta is built around disciplined execution, active supervision and Tier-1 safety and compliance standards, providing clients with practical, on-time solutions rather than volume-based labour supply.

We partner with contractors and asset owners to support project delivery, shutdown execution and ongoing maintenance, bringing experienced people, clear accountability and operational focus to every scope we undertake.
