Aishwarya Mohan

Aishwarya Mohan began their work experience as a Human Resources Intern at Radisson Blu in May 2019, where they worked until July 2019. In January 2020, they joined Capricorn Food Products India Ltd as a Marketing Trainee for a three-month period. From March 2021 to October 2021, they worked at SHRI SAI CNC as a Client Relationship Manager, where they assessed client needs, recommended new services, maintained client databases, and created new business opportunities. Currently, they are working as a Junior Project Coordinator at Korcomptenz Inc: Total Technology Transformation, starting in November 2021.

Aishwarya Mohan completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women in India from 2015 to 2018. Aishwarya then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Human resources from the Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including the Design Thinking Master Journey and Design Thinking practitioner's workshop from KPMG India in October 2022 and April 2022 respectively. Aishwarya also earned certifications in Advertising on Facebook, Digital Marketing Trends, Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing, Marketing on Instagram, Social Media Marketing: Strategy and Optimization from LinkedIn in 2021. Aishwarya completed the Google Digital Garage certification in December 2020 and also obtained a Certified Entrepreneurship Course from The Climber in March 2018. These additional certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying updated with industry trends and developing their skills beyond their formal education.
