Roman Barbera

Roman joined KordaMentha in October 2019 with a focus on eDiscovery innovation and legal project management for law firms, corporates and regulators.

His experience has been varied and has seen him lead the delivery of eDiscovery services for several mid-tier Australian law firms, advise government regulators on best-practice workflows, and engage with Australian companies on the potential use cases of legal technology and associated methodologies within their businesses.

He has also managed regulatory engagement obligations for a large Australian financial institution over a multi-year period, delivering bespoke workflow solutions during a period of increased regulatory scrutiny.

Roman is an admitted lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and holds multiple project management and eDiscovery related certifications, including being one of the few certified Relativity Masters in Australia.
