Corey Erkes

Corey Erkes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategies and account management, currently serving as VP of Strategic Accounts at Kore.ai since March 2022. Previously, Corey held various leadership roles at Intrado, including Director of Strategic Accounts, where responsibilities included developing frictionless customer care engagement models for major communication brands.
