Rakesh Koneru is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process and change management, as well as project management within the banking, healthcare, and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services and Customer Success for Emerging Tech CAI at Kore.ai since February 2022, Rakesh oversees P&L and forecasts, manages a consulting services practice, and fosters relationships with senior client leaders. Previously, Rakesh held various roles including Enterprise and Solution Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where expertise in digital worker transformation and emerging technologies like RPA and conversational AI was demonstrated. Rakesh's career also includes significant positions in application development and workflow design, with a foundational education that encompasses a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and several relevant Bachelor’s degrees in the field.
