Sathya TNV is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of AI Products at Kore.ai since June 2023, leading a cross-functional Product team in the development of a flexible and scalable low-code chatbot framework. This framework utilizes AZURE Open AI and Anthropic, allowing clients to customize chatbots with their own LLM models. Prior to Kore.ai, Sathya held the position of Director of Products at Zaggle, focusing on product enhancements and go-to-market strategies from December 2021 to July 2023. Sathya also has experience as a Product Consultant at Verizon and as a Senior Software Engineer at UnitedHealth Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, along with specialized training in Design Thinking from Stanford University and M.Tech in AI-ML from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
