Sri Vangala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, market solutions, and product development within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Kore.ai since June 2023, Sri previously held the role of Vice President at Optum from 2008 to May 2023, where significant contributions included executing growth strategies and participating in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Optum, Sri served as Sr. Principal at eLoyalty, focusing on secure messaging solutions for health plans, and held positions at Keane, eLoyalty, and PricewaterhouseCoopers with a focus on technology strategy and process optimization. Sri holds a degree in Product Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani.
