Lorraine Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lorraine is currently working as the Director of Product Management at KORE Wireless since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tata Communications MOVE Nederland B.V. from 2014 to 2021, where they held the positions of Senior Product Manager, Mobility & IOT, and Senior Project Manager, MVNO/MVNE Services. Lorraine'sresponsibilities included overseeing SIM and eSIM products, leading a team of Technical Product Managers, and working closely with various departments to set the product roadmap. Before that, they worked at Acision from 2006 to 2013 as a Deployment Project Manager and R&D Project Manager, primarily focusing on Mobile Messaging products and solutions. Lorraine also worked as a Program Manager at Standards Australia from 2003 to 2005, where they managed the development of IT Health Informatics/Medical IT Standards. Finally, they started their career at Ericsson in 1995, where they served as an R&D Project Manager and worked in GSM Software Design and Test.

Lorraine Morgan has an educational background with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science & Applications from Queen's University Belfast, Northern Ireland, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Engineering from the University of Ulster in Belfast, Northern Ireland, from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lorraine has obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from LSSP Lean Six Sigma Partners, and Pragmatic Marketing Certification - Level three (PMC-III) from Pragmatic Institute. Lorraine has also received training in PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification from APMG International.
