Rosa Dasilva

Rosa DaSilva has extensive experience in payroll management, spanning over several companies. Rosa most recently worked at KORE Wireless as the Director of Global Payroll, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr. Payroll Manager at KORE Wireless Canada Inc. from January 2016 to March 2022. Before their time at KORE Wireless, DaSilva worked at Liberty Utilities as a Payroll Manager and Payroll Specialist in contract positions during 2014 and 2015. Their longest tenure was at Psion, where they served as the Payroll Manager from December 1996 to March 2014. In this role, they were responsible for managing two payrolls, maintaining payroll accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, and successfully implementing a time tracking system. DaSilva's work at Psion resulted in an 80% reduction in errors and improved visibility for employees.

Rosa DaSilva attended Humber College from 1998 to 2006, where they studied payroll.
