Chang Young Yang has been a Senior Manager in Project Finance within the Offshore Wind Business Department at Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) since 2012. Previously, Chang served as a Materials Manager and held a managerial role focused on ERP, SAP, HR, and training. Prior to joining KEPCO, Chang was a Sergeant in the US Army, where responsibilities included interpretation. Chang Young Yang earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Irvine between 2007 and 2009.
