Avishai Magence

Avishai Magence's work experience includes serving as Editor In Chief and Production Manager at Koren Publishers Jerusalem Ltd since November 2022. Before that, they worked as a Content Curator at The Steinsaltz Center from June 2012 to April 2016. Avishai also held the position of OU JLIC Co-director at Johns Hopkins University from September 2010 to June 2012.

Avishai Magence holds a Bachelor's Degree in Talmudic Studies from Yeshivat Har Etzion, which they obtained between 2005 and 2010. Avishai then pursued a Rabbinic Ordination from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, completing their studies in Jewish Law from 2006 to 2010. Later, they attended Bar-Ilan University from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Master's Degree in Translation and Translation Studies.
