Julia Thil

Julia Thil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Julia most recently worked at Korian Deutschland as the Head of Compensation & Benefits and previously as an HR Project Manager. Before that, they were the Global Mobility Manager at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving and served as a Senior Global Assignment Consultant. Julia also worked at Mercer France as an International Mobility Consultant and at AREVA NP as an International HR Coordinator. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at AREVA as an HR Specialist and at VWR as an HR Projects Assistant. Throughout their career, Julia has been involved in various HR roles, including workforce planning, talent management, and project management.

Julia Thil obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management from IAE Lyon from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at IAE Aix en Provence.
