Susanne Olma

Susanne Olma has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Susanne recently joined Korian Deutschland as the Head of Employer Branding, Employee Engagement & HR Marketing in June 2022. Prior to that, they took a two-year parental leave from 2020 to 2022. Before their parental leave, they worked as a Senior Business Partner in HR Management at Flughafen München GmbH from 2014 to 2020. Susanne also held positions as a Senior Recruiter & Global Talent Acquisition at Media-Saturn Holding from 2012 to 2014, Business Partner Manager in HR International at Media Saturn IT Services GmbH from 2011 to 2012, and Project Manager in HR International at Media-Saturn from 2008 to 2011. Susanne has also worked in various roles at Media Markt Saturn Spain and Media Markt Getafe from 2000 to 2008, including Department Manager, Administrative Store Manager, and Project Manager in Training & Knowledge Management.

Susanne Olma's education history includes studying business economics at the University of Solihull. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Projektmanagement from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V. in 2014 and in Predictive Index from Predictive Advantage in the same year.
