Mariuccia Rossini

Mariuccia Rossini serves as the CEO and President of Over SpA since January 2020. In addition, Rossini contributes to the Korian Group European Executive Committee, focusing on the design and implementation of strategies across multiple countries including France, Belgium, Germany, and Italy. As CEO of Korian Italia, Rossini plays a key role in leadership while also serving as the President and Founder of Gruppo Segesta, which has expanded under her guidance to operate 69 units with annual revenues exceeding €300 million. Rossini holds the presidency of AGeSPI, a health and social services association, and has been instrumental in the founding of MOSAICO Assistenza Domiciliare Integrata. Academically, Rossini graduated from Università degli Studi di Milano with degrees in Medicine and Surgery.
