Sarah El Aissaoui

Sarah El Aissaoui has extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as Responsable d’hébergement at Korian since October 2009 and previously held the position of Responsable hôtelière at Korian Chateau de Lormoy. Prior to this, Sarah managed La Baraqa, worked as Chef d’agent d’entretien at Monte-Carlo SBM from April 2000 to January 2003, and was Chef adjointe caissière at Enseignes Casino between July 1996 and March 2000. Additionally, Sarah has experience as Secrétaire at Star Service and as Gouvernante at Chez l’ambassadeur de Rome. Beginning a career as Maitresse de maison chez TUNON, Sarah pursued formal education in hospitality at Ecole Pigier in Nice, where studies commenced in January 2003.
