Korimako is a social enterprise. Our mission is to deliver radical mission-led change towards more sustainable, equitable and resilient societies. We help clients and communities to develop and deliver such transformative sustainability initiatives. Korimako co-ordinates the Thriving Communities initiative - supporting communities in Southeastern Europe with mission-led change. Other projects include: UNDP, Bosnia & Herzegovina (2022) - Public Sector Innovation Training programme for government leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina Focus, Slovenia (2021) - Community-led Climate Action Study E-Zavod, Slovenia (2021) – CityCircle facilitation and programme development support Climate-KIC, Netherlands (2018-2020) - Leading urban transformation programme development and delivery, with a focus on working with communities in SE Europe including cities in Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Cyprus, Italy and Portugal. London Borough of Brent, UK (2016-2018) - development and aggregation of new municipal energy projects, commercialisation strategy and business planning London Borough of Sutton, UK (2015-2017) - led development of new sustainable economy, circular economy, innovation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy projects Far North District Council, New Zealand (2015) – advising on best practice for developing a local Sustainable Prosperity Strategy.
