James Korman

James Korman has over 32 years of experience in multi-family real estate. James is currently serving as the President of Korman Ventures, where they are responsible for the financial results of residential investment properties and portfolios. James plays a crucial role in identifying real estate opportunities and selecting joint venture partners. Prior to their current role, James was also the President of Korman Residential, where they successfully repositioned assets in their respective markets.

James Korman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
