Sarah E. Williams

Sarah E. Williams is a seasoned career consultant and coach with extensive experience in guiding clients across various levels, from mid-career professionals to C-Suite executives. As a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry Advance since November 2021, Sarah has been instrumental in providing coaching on self-care, DEI, confidence, time management, and career transitioning. In addition, Sarah founded The ESTEEM Program, a 10-lesson initiative designed to enhance self-worth and confidence among middle and high school girls. Previously, Sarah served as CEO of RTP Career Services, where a team supported technology professionals in career transitions. Additional roles include career development internships and coaching positions across several organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to empowering clients through tailored career strategies. Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Career Counseling from North Carolina Central University and a Bachelor's of Science in Human Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
