Alexandra Johnson

Alexandra Johnson (nee Reed) is a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, specializing in the EMEA Technology Officers (CIO) Practice since March 2022, where the focus is on partnering with executive teams to identify technology leaders who drive digital transformation and enhance diversity across various sectors, including banking/fintech, technology/cloud, automotive, industrial, and energy/CleanTech. Previously, Alexandra served as a Recruitment Business Partner at The Guardian, where the emphasis was on refining recruitment processes and building the employer brand, and held recruiter roles at Sky, ReThink Recruitment Ltd, Square One Resources Ltd, Mortimer Spinks, and began their career as a Presenter and Production Assistant at Blue August Creations.
