Dina Pataki

Dina Pataki is an accomplished leadership development consultant with extensive experience in organisational psychology and project management. Currently serving as Associate Principal Leadership Development Consultant at Korn Ferry since March 2022, Dina oversees a complex transformation project and manages a team of three Project Managers. Prior experience includes working as an Organisational Psychologist at Leapwise Ltd, focusing on workforce behaviour change within policing and local government, and serving as a Research Assistant at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Dina's earlier roles in recruitment included positions at Iduet and Darwin Recruitment, specializing in talent management for the IT and telecom sectors. Dina holds a Master of Science in Organisational and Social Psychology from LSE and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Economics from Utrecht University, alongside a strong interest in organisational culture.
