Dr. Flo Falayi, PhD, ACC, currently serves as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry since July 2021 and is an Official Member of the Forbes Coaches Council as of June 2018. Prior experience includes founding Hybrid Coaching & Consulting, LLC, serving as Principal and Senior Consultant at Slalom, and co-founding The Hybrid Leadership Institute. Dr. Falayi held roles such as Senior Project Manager and Senior Consultant at BMO Harris Bank and has experience as a Financial Services Consultant at HSBC and a Senior Consultant/Manager at Discover Financial Services.
